stumbled with this image from gunnerairsoft site... plastic!an acrylic can be the best material... Before this project...no available stock for the metals chip here...even a clone...nothing...but i want my AK problem solve before Saturday Game... Walking at my work place for daily inspection...and to check the new signage for our new jackpot game...there's small acrylic parts left behind from the supplier...so that's the major parts of this project. Here we go...the DIY! this is the metal sector chip...a guide for this project. thanks to the owner of this image! The tools needed...a poormans tools! ops...forgot to include the abrasive paper p600. Cut the Acrylic... Thats it...very small! Use the Soldering Iron or Flat Iron or anything that is Hot to reshape the acrylic. Or you can use the Files! Attached the unfinished chip to the Sector Gear... Use the small files for proper thickness. Correct Thickness! Compare it to the Large image of metal chips. almost done! Use the Abrassive paper for fineness Ok Done! attaching it to my TM AK47 gearbox... Conclussion: Solve the Misfeeding...and also save my money! Maybe don't ask me any question regarding this project...the picture itself speak louder than words...a spoon feeding procedure! you can go here for more details and discussion: Filairsoftjojo
